The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and shape our content strategy for one of our emerging lines of business.

As a senior member of the Content Marketing team, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing plans that drive organic awareness, acquisition, and adoption.

With a customer-centric approach and a digital-first mindset, you will craft compelling content and campaigns that deeply resonate with our defined customer segments, strategically nurturing leads throughout their entire journey.


What You Will Do- Develop compelling corporate marketing materials to effectively support the growth of our emerging business and drive engagement from our target audience.- Create purposeful and data-driven content that aligns with market and consumer trends, leveraging research and analysis to engage relevant audiences and drive organic search traffic.- Lead integrated marketing programs tailored to new and existing clients, focusing on onboarding, cross-selling, retention, and platform adoption to achieve key performance indicators such as sign-ups, account openings, downloads, etc.- Develop customized customer journeys that enhance engagement and conversion within existing marketing programs or new initiatives, specifically for our emerging line of business.- Project manage agencies and internal teams to execute strategies, overseeing the delivery of various content and campaigns such as videos, articles, infographics, website content, guides, and more.- Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards in all content and communications.


What You Will Bring- Thorough knowledge of the wealth management industry, with a strong grasp of the needs of retail investors and advisors.- Proven track record of creating customized and captivating content in various formats and styles to effectively engage and convert audiences.- Deep understanding of key factors in both acquiring and retaining customers through marketing strategies.- Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), including knowledge of best practices and content optimization tools.- Exceptional communication skills, using data to identify trends, develop a compelling narrative, and gain support from stakeholders.- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the flexibility to shift focus and priorities as needed.- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations in a highly regulated environment with mínimal supervision and edits required.- Familiarity with content management platforms (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus).


Experience, Education- University degree (bachelor's degree) or equivalent work experience- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience gained in a marketing or communications function within an investment-oriented business.- IFIC or CSC designation considered an asset.

- Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization
