Working with the End to End Banking Operations Automation team, you have the opportunity to shape the practices and standards on an ever maturing team.

The team has been leveraging robotic process automation as the primary technology to drive business value and improvements to the customer experience for close to 4 years.

Xops Robotics enables intelligent and innovative automation and deployment of repetitive rules-based procedures, combined with an understanding of workflow needs for the broader experience operations team.

As ATB's next Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Design, development, testing and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA):

Design, development, testing and implementation of robotic process automation
Understand and document the business processes to the level of detail required for automation
Design automated process solutions in accordance with internal automation design principles
Configure new processes and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Create, update, maintain and enhance workflows and interactions in EVA
Create and maintain solution documentation
Create user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation including test procedures, process scenarios and expected outcomes.
Actively participate in established Agile ceremonies at the squad level and team initiatives to support Automation as a whole

Operations support:

Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
Provide ongoing operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any process change activities

Requirements:

Certification and/or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months: Blue Prism Professional Developer (APD01) and Designing Blue Prism Process Solutions (ASDO1)
1 plus years of business experience in process design, process mapping, or process improvement
Complete understanding of the best practices established for Intelligent Process Automation
Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) capabilities such as: AI.API, Dialog Flow, Tensor, Firebase is an asset
Architectural experience and/or experience working design of IT systems is considered an asset
Development capabilities with programming languages like: C#, VB.NET or Java, or similar languages are considered an asset
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is considered an asset
Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate written documentation
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting, with a proven record of success
Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
