Description

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for assisting, maintaining, and building profitable relationships with our customers by ensuring all customer requirements are met to the best of Pro-Line's abilities.


  • Communicate effectively with all team members (warehouse to office) regarding customer objectives
  • Overseeing warehouse and yard is tidy, organized, and that stock rotates
  • Compile and maintain all sales orders as they flow through the branch
  • Contribute to the work environment that leads to a winning team and personal growth
  • Participate as a key player by supporting operational needs
  • Maintain housekeeping standards as set by the management staff
  • Acknowledge and greet appropriately customers in a timely manner
  • Dressed in appropriate attire (proper tied up footwear, no tattered clothing)
  • Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner
  • Recognize sales orders with delivery deadlines and back orders
  • Effectively present and demonstrate products and services offered to the customers
  • Manage telephone calls professionally with good communication skills
  • Attend to customer questions, challenges, and facilitate a satisfactory resolution
  • Coding of credit and cash orders, inventory inputting
  • Support outside sales reps by gathering customer information to achieve a successful delivery
  • Ensuring sales orders have been double checked the day prior to delivery
  • Fill out Bill of Ladings with all pertinent information (address, loading instructions, directions, pitch, etc.)
  • Project tracking (Cool Net)
  • All other duties as specified by management

Pay:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
