The Company
CoWorks is Brandon, Manitoba's only shared workspace community. Our community features individual office spaces, executive offices, hot desks, a boardroom and the option of a virtual office. Shared workspaces offer professionals the ability to lease a workspace or office without the unnecessary overhead and operational costs.


The Position


We're on the hunt for an organized, enthusiastic and self-starting Community Manager to run building operations, secure office spaces and make sure our members feel supported and inspired in their home away from home.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Marketing the space, concept and availability with your creative brilliance.
  • Successfully manage the social media accounts for CoWorks.
  • Build a substantial pipeline of new prospects and potential members that ensures a 0% vacancy rate in the private offices.
  • Reviewing and signing leases with members.
  • Greeting clients and members.
  • Overseeing operations of the office such as maintaining supplies and equipment, light cleaning and administrative tasks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with members while assisting them with questions, concerns and inquiries.
  • Onboarding new members.
  • Offering tours of the facility to prospective members.
  • Develop and roll out an exciting marketing plan.

Compensation Package

Position Type
Full-Time. Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
