We want MaintainX to be the go-to work execution platform for manufacturers, across Maintenance, Operations and Safety. As part of that effort we have multiple Product Pillars.

• The Core Pillar builds the foundational product experience that enables frontline teams to plan, execute, and complete work efficiently. Their focus includes enhancing EAM capabilities, streamlining work execution, standardizing global operations, and delivering insights through robust reporting.
• The Growth Pillar owns the first impression—driving user onboarding, activation, and conversion through rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and real-time data insights. Their mission is to turn every signup into a loyal power user by delivering value from the first interaction.
• The Intelligence Pillar powers our AI-first vision by building scalable data infrastructure and intelligent product features. Their work drives predictive maintenance and AI assistants like CoPilot, transforming raw data into insights that reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• The MX for OEMs Pillar builds the ecosystem to connect equipment manufacturers with operators, improving collaboration and accelerating service uptime. Their work helps OEMs and customers work as one team across the lifecycle of industrial assets.
• The Scale Pillar develops the infrastructure, internal tools, and shared services that power MaintainX's reliability and growth. By enabling platform resilience and company-wide efficiency, they support both product innovation and operational excellence at scale.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join these teams. These roles have openings at Intermediate, Senior and Lead level positions.

What you'll do:

• You'll brainstorm & collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to conceptualize new features & be involved in building product roadmaps.
• You'll bring a product mindset to understand customers' business, their needs, and the technical opportunities and challenges that exist within their industries.

You'll work across our stack (TypeScript, React, React Native, , and GraphQL) - Web & Mobile

• You'll work with the team to build, maintain and optimize product features that focus on how our users best collaborate with one another.
• You'll actively own team features or systems and define their long-term health, while also improving the health of surrounding systems.
• You'll mentor other engineers and deeply review code.
• You'll improve engineering standards, tooling and processes & bring best practices in planning, developing, testing and deploying industry compliant code.

About you:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• You are experienced in building web & mobile based software products, more specifically with TypeScript, SQL databases, React, and
• You have experience in mobile-first responsive and iterative web development.
• You write understandable and testable code, with an eye towards maintainability.
• You are a strong communicator: explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you.
• You have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• A degree or diploma in web development, computer science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of React Native.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.) and service deployment.
