Role and Responsibilities:


  • Emphasis is on endtoend delivery of analysis and guiding junior staff
  • Contribute to how analytical approach is structured for specification of analysis
  • Contribute insights from conclusions of analysis that integrate with initial hypothesis and business objective. Independently address complex problems
  • Participate in design of analysis and modeling approach with managers and modelers
  • Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and proactively working with client's data/ IT teams to resolve issues
  • Use variety of analytical tools (SQL, R, SAS, Python, Excel) to carry out analysis and drive conclusions
  • Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms for presentations
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or analytics related field from toptier universities with strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial handson approach to work
  • 3+ years of consulting, analytics delivery experience in marketing, operations or credit domains
  • Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
  • Very strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the daytoday and complex customer problems required
  • Preferred experience in banking and financial services, operations analytics/work force management, team management roles

Base Salary Range Disclaimer:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the EXL base salary range for this position.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to:
location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, as well as a Paid Time Off policy, and many region specific benefits.
