Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday farm activities including planting, harvesting, and irrigation
Supervise farm staff and provide guidance on tasks and schedules
Maintain farm equipment and ensure proper functioning
Operate heavy machinery for various farming tasks
Implement pest control measures and maintain crop health
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for optimal crop growth
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively
Ensure the farm meets safety and quality standards

Experience:

Proven experience in farm management or a related field
Proficiency in operating farm machinery and heavy equipment
Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations

Knowledge of garden maintenance techniques and irrigation systems
Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment for farm operations
