Looking for a team player who displays an outgoing, positive attitude. The applicant must be professional in appearance and interactions with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate effectively and confidently is a must.

You will work along side very passionate, skilled professionals in a well-established, busy, multidisciplinary clinic.

You must be able to multitask in a busy environment and be proficient with computer skills and tech savvy.

Previous medical office or clinic experience, as well as billing software such as Jane, is helpful but not mandatory We are looking for someone who can easily interact with people while being organized, dependable and committed.

Training will start immediately

This applicant will be required to

  • Book and bill patients using Jane app while maintaining strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate efficiency and excellent customer service when answering the telephone and or interacting with practise members
  • Proficiency with computer and technology use including social media
  • Play an integral role in a team where you get to make a difference everyday and take pride in being part of our patient experience

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
