Administrative Support - Mississauga, Canada - RRD Canada
Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with administrative Sourcing functions
- Filing of docket envelopes into in process bins or on walled shelving for completed dockets.
- Sorting and filing samples in completed dockets and preparing samples for mailing.
- Assisting with worklists and SAP order pulls as required.
- Process Vendor Invoicing to assist in Account Department as required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong PC skills including working knowledge of SAP and Google mail
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Selfmotivated, ability to thrive in selfdirected work team environment
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
- Demonstrates accountability & responsibility for assigned work
- Works effectively in a team environment
- Treats everyone with dignity & respect
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
