Job summary
The clerk's responsibilities involve coordinating the orderly flow of patients and visitors in and out of the Department. They receive phone calls, relay messages between staff, physicians and public.The clerk is responsible for making appointments for diagnostic tests,
faxing medical orders to pharmacy and ordering all other orders.
They update patient room list daily and complete diet list.
