REQUIREMENTS:

Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
Strong oral/written communication skills
Graduated from a University degree program studying business, commerce, science, engineering, arts, human resources, etc. or another field of study
Strong academic record
Highly motivated, enthusiastic to take on a variety of challenges and opportunities
Able to work independently without supervision
Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
Entrepreneurial drive and creative problemsolving skills
Able to work within a team
