    Job Skills / Requirements

    The main responsibility of the mobile patrol guard is to maintain a safe and secure environment for client property. They undertake patrols and monitor premises. This is a Casual Position.

    Job Function:

    • identify and report any problems which may have an impact on the companys service delivery,

    • Documenting incidents through accurate reporting procedures

    • Completion of site investigations following alarm responses

    • Support static security officers in the assigned areas as needed

    • Regular foot and vehicle patrols

    • Performing opening and closing of client premises

    • Responding professionally to requests from the Mobile Manager and Field Managers on a regular basis

    • Maintain Paladins professional image by demonstrating strong deportment, and officer presence

    • Maintain clean fleet vehicles and ensure cars do not run low on fuel

    • Monitor property and events as per client instructions

    • Attend scheduled Mobile Meetings as required

    • Perform other duties as required and/or requested

    • Constant use of Track Tik tour confirmation system during every shift

    • Key Inventory Patrol specific areas via Paladin Patrol vehicle, responding promptly to calls for assistance, escorts
    Qualifications:

    • Must possess a valid security license

    • Must posses a valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract for the last three years

    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Computer literate and able to assimilate knowledge of site systems

    • Able to work independently and display objectivity and sound judgment

    • Dependable and Professional in all job functions

    • Physically able to walk 18 20 km/day

    • Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain routine logs

    • Ability to make immediate decisions, while maintaining composure, in emergency response situations with minimal supervision

    • Mature and positive attitude with a high level of professionalism

    Education Requirements (Any)

    High School Diploma/GED

    Certification Requirements (All)

    Valid Class 5 Drivers License
