Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service.

Duties:

Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on various types of equipment
Install, test, and calibrate new equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
Collaborate with the service team to develop effective solutions for complex issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

Strong analytical skills to diagnose equipment issues accurately
Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems
Ability to perform stick welding for equipment repairs
Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics
Previous experience in field service or a related field is preferred

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 42.5 per week
