About the work environment:

Peoples Group offers a flexible work environment with a combination of in-office and remote from-home work options for our employees.

Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.

About you:

You are a results-oriented and experienced Product leader with a proven track record and ability to drive the next phase of our embedded finance offering.

You are ready to dive into a position where you are responsible for key customer, growth and financial metrics all while owning a product line and working within a cross-functional business unit (Squad).

You have an ability to mobilize, inspire productivity, and lead in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

About you / qualifications:

Postsecondary education in a relevant field (Technology, Business)
Experience in driving business value via technology solutions, with strong focus on technical knowledge
Minimum 10 years of work experience in high technology, payment solutions and/or Fintech environment
Experience in launching and delivering complex products that have demonstrated growth and scale
Strong influencing, efficient communication and good interpersonal skills
Passionate about evolving our products to provide world class customer interactions in the digital realm

About the day-to-day:

Manages, motivates and develops direct reports through ongoing performance development
Own the entire customer discovery, product roadmap, prioritization process and key output KPIs as it relates to embedding financial products in partner channels
Own the product strategy, market sizing, segmentation, product positioning, acquisition channels, pricing, funding, and risk frameworks
Define & track productspecific goals and metrics and ensure they are aligned to business goals
Own the product proposal process in your squads, set impact metrics, and make decisions
Communicate widely to the whole company why we are prioritizing certain product features and updating against impact metrics and which features have been most successful
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of the product features
Translate and present technical concepts in practical business value
Partner with crossfunctional teams to support positive interdepartmental partnerships
Coordinate and work closely with other business functions like Risk, Finance, Operations, Sales & Onboarding
