Our Marketing Coordinator is a brand engagement pro. You make the link between the client and the Creative Team in order to create engaging social media calendars, flyers, websites, videos and other marketing deliverables. We're looking for someone who enjoys an intense and fast paced work flow, who is an independent learner, and who is looking to grow within a young and fun startup. In short, you'll be working hand in hand with a wildly talented creative team to bring your clients' brands to life.


What you do:


  • Lead engaging client meetings.
  • Create and coordinate multiple social media calendars
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team on ideas for social campaigns and deliverables
  • Schedule and live post to our clients' social media accounts
  • Stay on top of multiple timelines and deadlines at once.
  • Manage communication and engagement with the online community by replying to DMs and comments on behalf of the client
  • Draft captions and manage communication and engagement with the online community by replying to DMs and comments in the branding voice of our clients
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Basically, you are hyperorganized, able to problem solve on the fly, very personable and have experience in a fast paced marketing environment.

Our Bottom Line Requirements:


  • An in depth knowledge of B2B marketing through experience or education
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
  • Direct experience using social media management tools
  • Strong communication skills, needs to be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working 95 CST

What would be a serious asset?

  • You're all about the details
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools
  • Copywriting experience
  • You can put yourself in a brand's shoes and identify their voice
  • You get excited about laying out campaigns and coordinating content
  • You're comfortable spending a lot of time on multiple screens to keep channels active and engaging
  • You are up to date on what's "cool" online in other words, you're capable of leveraging industry trends to bring our clients' channels to the next level of visibility and engagement

$42,000.00 per year
