- Prepare electronic timesheets based on field timesheets.
- Check security passes & prepare daily swipe report
- Input timesheet data into SAP.
- Reconcile payroll hours.
- Update crew lists.
- Maintain employee files. COS's when required
- Prepare daily force reports.
- Verify Equipment, enter into SAP
- Material Reqs as needed
- Lemming and Invoicing to Client
- Verifying DSP Invoices
- Site reporting to Management as well as client
- Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the Project Admin Manager and Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school Diploma
- 24 years' administrative construction experience
- Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP an asset
- Highest standard of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a highpressure environment
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and follow up
- Selfmotivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment
- Valid driver's licence
- CSTS 20 or CSTS 09 with WHMIS 201
- Experience in Industrial operating environment
- Experience in maintenance processes an asset
- Ability to take direction and follow through on instructions
- Positive attitude to safety
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol testing
