Responsibilities
- Leverages research knowledge on Canadian international standards existing emerging regulatory direction evidence-based practices innovative practices.
- Develops processes procedures with enabling portfolios to support population level assessment standardization implementation evaluation of a range of Primary Care services.
- E nsures strategic alignment all activities related to Primary Care provincial regional vision strategy Integrated System of care including patient family centred care seamless transition acute community tertiary care provided by physicians community partners.
