Job Summary


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll enhance the VinFast brand online via crafting compelling digital experiences to enhance brand desirability, utilizing essential tools like social media, SEO/SEM, KOL and website management.

Innovate to drive our target consumers seamlessly through the purchase funnel, shaping VinFast's distinct digital identity.

Main Duties and Associated Tasks

  • Leverage overarching brand strategies to craft and propose a comprehensive digital marketing plan, utilizing both standard and emerging tools to amplify the VinFast brand and its products.
  • Collaborate internally and with agency leads to shape a holistic Go-ToMarket (GTM) strategy, outlining a clear marketing approach to enhance the efficiency of the purchase funnel.
  • Formulate a social media strategy, creating a blueprint for cultivating a vibrant brand community; collaborate with agency partners to establish and meet key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Coordinate with the O2O team to refine website components seamlessly integrated into the customer journey; continuously analyze metrics for enhanced consumer consideration and conversion, spearheading the SEO strategy.
  • Develop a robust paid search and programmatic display strategy, executing plans to expand reach and achieve engagement targets.
  • Curate toptier creative content across diverse digital channels, including the creation of Canadianspecific assets and localized adaptations.
  • Direct the development of marketing campaigns designed to attract new users, amplify conversion rates, channel consumer traffic instore and to selected homepages, and foster the growth of our broader community.
  • Supervise initiatives to fortify online reviews and reputation; actively monitor and respond to online reviews in collaboration with the team.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and prioritize continuous improvement by rigorously testing datadriven hypotheses across all channels—web, ads, content, social, community, and product.
  • Identify potential threats and opportunities in usergenerated content related to the company.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into actionable recommendations and plans for refining social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising efforts.
  • Support internal and corporate communication initiatives, particularly those involving owned or internal digital platforms.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports to the Global and internal teams, optimizing subsequent campaigns based on achieved deliverables.
  • Effectively manage the annual and projectbased digital marketing budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for digital projects when working directly with agencies.
Key Qualifications

  • Education: bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- +5 years of relevant experience building, developing, and executing digitally led campaigns and activations.
