In your role, you will:

Support the Executive Vice-President, Aircraft Sales & Defense for sales contract negotiations and monthly governance process.
Review and approve sales contract proposals and business cases.
Support Defense growth initiative.
Ensure business partnership with sales, defense, and contract team.
Coordinate monthend process and financial planning activity and prepare executive financial presentations.
Lead and drive special projects for the higher management.
Assess and recommend contracts accounting treatments and keep financial guidelines updated.
Maintain proper internal controls in place and lead external audit process.
Engage and mobilize a team of 6 financial analysts.

Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and have ten (10) years of relevant experience including employee supervision.
You hold a CPA designation or equivalent experience.
You have impact and influence with senior management and strong business partnership background.
You have agility to deal with strong personalities and rally people; support leaders to achieve their goals
You have a strong business sense, and you are able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
You have executive presence and strong communication skills in French and English.
You can take charge and drive complex projects and strategic presentations.
You have a good ability for teamwork.
You think outside the box.
You develop people and grow talent.
