We are a property development company with multi-unit residential developments in Annapolis Valley. We are looking for a
Finish/Trim Carpenter with several years of Carpentry experience to join our Team. If you have experience in finish carpentry, this may be the position for you


The Position - Finish/Trim Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints, and communicate tasks to coworkers
• Measure, cut, and install fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, stairs, decks
• Ordering constructions materials needed for projects
• Work in both an individual and Team setting
• Report to Project Manager daily, and provide project updates
• Maintain records of work done by Finish Carpentry team
• Stamina/strength to perform heavy lifting when required
• Train and teach coworkers and new employees finishing techniques and skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Carpentry experience
• Resident to Nova Scotia and ability to work locally
• Driver's license
• 2 refences ready and available, if requested
• Effective communication
• Superior time management skills
• Strong and proven leadership abilities

Starting pay is $28.

Salary:
$28.00 per hour
