Location(s): Calgary, AB; Saskatoon, SK; Loveland, CO; or Deerfield, IL

This position reports to the Director, International Marine.


What you will do:


  • Daily ammonia vessel planning, optimization, and execution in collaboration with key internal and external shareholders
  • Monitor daily status of ammonia fleet using noonday reports, port agent updates, and AIS data
  • Manage vessel voyage operations in coordination with external brokers, including bunker purchases and booking canal transits
  • Responsible for preparing and distribute vessel nominations to customers and plants
  • Responsible for preparing and review vessel and customer laytime calculations and negotiate the settlement of laytime claims
  • Responsible for providing shipment order information to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for preparing freight analysis to support ammonia sales, purchase and exchange opportunities as well as to determine medium and longterm fleet requirements
  • Support the development, maintenance and reporting on key metrics to analyze ammonia vessel fleet performance
  • Based on effective research, data development and analysis, support of marine transportation projects, opportunities and optimization
  • Assist in the development of the annual international marine freight budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external brokers and vessel owners
  • Responsible for reviewing international freight invoices and preparing for approval

What you will bring:


  • 5+ years of experience in Vessel Operations, Transportation, Distribution or Logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from a recognized Maritime Academy
  • Shoreside experience with Gas Carriers is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $77,600 - $106,700 annually. This range is estimated for Analyst, International Marine role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.


This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
