CCRC is looking for a
Body Shop Representative to join our team We are a leading company in the body shop industry and are seeking an individual who is passionate about their work, has a strong desire to learn, and is willing to be a part of our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
  • Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
  • Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • Execute tasks in a fastpaced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to execute tasks with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Required Skills:


  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while delivering quality results.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations

Salary:
$18.00-$40.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Concord, ON L4K 2W9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- auto body repair: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Red Seal license (preferred)
