Group Controller

Full-time, Permanent


Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within a renowned construction group? As the Group Controller, you'll play a vital part in our financial operations, providing essential support to our accounting department and senior management.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll oversee financial control processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across our diverse portfolio of companies.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Accounting and Reporting: Supervise all accounting functions, from accounts payable to financial statement preparation.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Support: Identify opportunities for value creation and implement new controls and processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • CPA designation
  • 5+ years supervisory experience in accounting
  • Experience in the construction industry and unionized environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Nice to Have:


  • Experience with Acumatica or similar accounting systems
