Third-Year Apprentice Scaffolder

12 hour shift with lots of Overtime
Multiple projects across Western Canada
Travel, Accommodations and LOA Provided
On the job training and mentorship provided
Projects starting in April 2023

Job Summary:

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Third-Year Apprentice Scaffolder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with experienced scaffolders to assemble, disassemble, and maintain scaffolding structures according to safety standards and company guidelines.
Follow detailed blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to accurately construct scaffolding systems.
Inspect scaffolding components and equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding materials and equipment on job sites.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Attend and actively participate in all required safety meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Requirements:

H2S Alive, Confined Space, First Aid, Fall arrest, CSO, CSTS,:

Registered as a Third-Year Apprentice Scaffolder.
Previous experience working in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries is an asset.
Familiarity with various scaffolding systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
