    We are building the data foundation that powers every product in our ecosystem. The Director of Product, Data Platform will lead the strategy and execution of our Data Platform, the semantic and analytical core that unifies proprietary, customer, and third‑party data into a single intelligence fabric. This platform fuels AI‑driven analytics, narrative and visual reporting, benchmarking, and future Data as a Service (DaaS) offerings that strengthen every product in our portfolio.

    You'll partner with data engineering, AI, and analytics teams to make data a first‑class product. This role is central to realizing our Data Strategy and accelerating our transformation into an AI‑first, data‑powered company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and deliver the Data Platform vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
    • Build and lead a high‑performing PM team focused on data infrastructure, semantics, and AI enablement.
    • Partner with engineering and data science to deliver a unified data fabric and services layer.
    • Enable AI‑driven analytics, benchmarking, and reporting across the product suite.
    • Establish governance, access, and adoption models that make data universally usable and trustworthy.
    • Drive adoption of the Data Platform across business units, ensuring consistent use of shared data assets.
    • Communicate the platform's impact and value to executives, customers, and partners.

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years in product management, with 5+ in leadership roles.
    • Experienced in building data or platform products in enterprise SaaS.
    • Strong technical foundation in data architecture, pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Data Mesh, semantic layers).
    • Proven success driving enterprise‑scale data transformation.
    • Skilled at leading through influence, building cross‑functional alignment, and mentoring teams.
    • Comfortable representing complex technical capabilities in clear business terms.
