Are you a multifaceted individual looking to help the
LCBO increase change capability? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management, the Change Management Consultant will support changes as they relate to projects and initiatives to help meet objectives such as on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

The primary responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

You will serve as change agent, business partner, coach, and facilitator, to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

About the Role
- _ Partner with the
LCBO to evolve change management methods and tools to advance change management practices_
- _ Develop and execute change management practices in the context of assigned project(s) potentially impacting up to 8,000 employees._
- _ Partner with the
LCBO to _build_ change management methods and tools to advance change management practices_
- _ Proactively identify and address issues and risks; develops appropriate interventions_
- _ Create and facilitate training to build organizational awareness, desire, and knowledge of how to effectively plan and support change._
- _ Partner with Corporate Communications, Human Resources (Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development), Sponsors, Stakeholders and Project teams to develop and execute coordinated change and communications plans._
- _ Conduct stakeholder analysis, assessing people risks and document mitigating actions._
- _ Drive the process to execute all change management results throughout the project/initiative lifecycle._
- _ Facilitate working sessions as needed to support the completion of deliverables for assigned projects_

About You
- _ University Degree in Psychology, Communication, Business or Related Field_
- _ 3+ years of change management experience leading large change initiatives combined with consulting and project management experience at an organizational level (e.g., building change management plans and deliverables)_
- _ Change Management Certification or equivalent experience_
- _ A proven understanding of fundamental Change Management methods and deliverables achieved through a Change Management Certification or equivalent working experience_
- _ Ability to develop and execute change management programs for medium to large scale change efforts and persuasively present and influence executive management_
- _ Establish and maintain positive relationships and represent the business in change planning_
- _ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills_
- _ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite_
- _ Adaptable, resilient, and able to work in ambiguous/changing environments_
- _ Demonstrated problem solving and root cause identification_
