- Fournir un soutien aux clients lors de la prise de commandes téléphoniques et les documenter dans le système informatique selon les procédures établies;
- Valider les commandes reliées au processus de revue de contrat;
- Transmettre aux clients les informations techniques;
- Produire des rapports journaliers;
- Apporter un support au niveau de la logistique et de la répartition;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche administrative connexe.
- Posséder une formation ou une expérience de travail pertinente dans le domaine du service à la clientèle;
- Être habile avec les outils informatiques;
- Connaitre les logiciels suivants : INTEGRA SYSTEC, Kronos, Marcotte Système, un atout;
- Connaitre le domaine du béton et/ou de la construction, un atout.
- Avoir réellement à cœur le service client;
- S'exprimer de façon courtoise, claire et précise;
- Avoir une excellente écoute et une facilité à travailler en équipe;
- Être en mesure d'effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et gérer efficacement son temps.
