Lead Geological Technician Role

This is a critical position in our geological team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and accuracy of all data associated with drill core, including recovery and RQD. Additionally, this role involves training and mentorship of geotechnical team members.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Geological Technician who can join our Mount Milligan Mine operations team as a fixed-term contract employee approximately 155 kilometers Northwest of Prince George, British Columbia. You'll be part of a dynamic organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting data by taking measurements for specific gravity, point load strength, magnetic susceptibility of the drill core
