- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring prompt resolution of all inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with clients to address their project requirements using the anessa software suite of platforms.
- Closely monitor client satisfaction, taking proactive measures to tackle any concerns, and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and products, spotting opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Establish and manage an expanding database of client details and interactions in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to surpass client expectations.
- Create and conduct client training sessions on our services and products.
- Devise customer satisfaction and feedback strategies, while monitoring customer support KPIs and metrics to track team objectives.
- Create and update training materials via our CRM Knowledge Base and third-party software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing position, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical and problems-solving capabilities.
- Ability to engage with customers at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated history of establishing and maintaining solid customer relationships.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Thorough understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Contribute to Saving the Planet While Generating Profits
The Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role at anessa and is accountable for shaping and implementing various aspects of customer success. This role involves engaging with customers throughout their entire life cycle, from initial implementation and value realization to renewals and expansions. Responsibilities include user onboarding, adoption, training, and support. Acting as the customers' trusted advisor, the Customer Success Manager bridges the gap between anessa's solution and the challenges encountered in the biogas industry. Moreover, the CSM will contribute to the growth of our customer success team.
This position directly reports to the Chief Technical Officer and represents the voice of the customer within anessa, conveying feedback from customers to the product team, ensuring timely issue resolution, and proposing value-added features.
