Job Description On site position**
Main responsibilities:
IT Technician (50%)

  • Provide technical support for users;
  • Identify, monitor and document troubleshooting activities in the Help Desk system;
  • Develop and update the inventory of workstations, laptops, printers and all other peripheral equipment in the Help Desk tool;
  • Install, configure, and optimize workstations, laptops and peripherals;
  • Test ''patches'' and ''fixes'' to ensure that the problem is adequately resolved and ensure the followup with the user;
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and projects.

AX Application Support (50%)

  • Provide support and assistance to Dynamics AX end users;
  • Work with end users on all functional modules and provide desktop coaching and training on procedures and apps as needed;
  • Collaborate with the IT Systems Development team to facilitate communication and understanding of business processes and system functionality;
  • Update AX documentation;
  • Perform Security Administration and set up for Dynamics AX.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and analyze business processes and requirements;
  • Post secondary education in a related field or equivalent certifications and / or work experience;
  • Bilingual (English is required in order to service our customers and suppliers based in the United States and outside Quebec);
  • Two (2) years relevant experience in a Microsoft environment (Windows and Office365);
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Great problemsolving skills;
  • Relevant Dynamics AX experience, a plus;
  • Dynamics 365 experience, a plus;
  • Experience in using a Help Desk solution.
