Responsible for actively supporting the execution of tasks and actions that lead to the successful delivery of Business Enablement opportunities, deliver changes to meet External Mandates requirements and support Operational Excellence and Transformation work efforts across operations teams within Global Treasury Operations.


As an Operations Consultant within the Process Integration Team you will play an integral role in driving forward Business Requirement gathering, UAT and Operational Readiness efforts that support our overall strategic efforts and priorities.

We are seeking an individual who is motivated, driven and a self-starter and is familiar with and understands change and project disciplines.


Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic analysis and impact assessments, oversees definition and prioritization of business requirements and drives execution to deliver against business goals and objectives
  • Actively supporting medium/large scale projects from initiation through to implementation on cross functional initiatives spanning business lines
  • Acts as a representative for Global Treasury Operations during key project discussions, ensuring operational requirements are captured, concerns raised timely and addressed accordingly
  • Actively supports discussions where the research of existing client, operations, procedures, and workflow, product and service requirements are discussed to ensure requirements are met
  • Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques
  • Leads/coordinates project and initiatives deliverables, directing the work appropriately in order to achieve desired results
  • Builds action plans and drives execution forward to achieve required results
  • Coordinates UAT testing across project and LOB teams whilst managing testing schedules and environment availability in partnership with technology
  • Ensures Operational Readiness activities are completed to a satisfactory level prior to implementation of change
  • Integrates best practices and disciplines to support change
  • Support existing/new strategic initiatives and priorities

Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset and approach
  • Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes and performance improvements
  • Creativity able to look at a problem from a new perspective and to develop new ideas and solutions
  • Proven ability to both think strategically endtoend and execute tactically
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor communications to audience
  • Ability to foster collaboration across multiple groups
  • Interact with and influence both executive and frontline associates
  • Detailoriented to ensure quality and accurate work product
  • Comfortable working under defined timelines
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
  • 3 + years of Fulfillment, Servicing or Operations experience
  • Agile Experience
  • PO/PM/Scrum Master
