come be part of our team today We are looking for a Marketing Manager for HSOne's Academic business.

The role is responsible for overseeing marketing strategy, product marketing and execution for the Academic market.

The role will work closely with sales, product managers, marketing counterparts and cross-functional teams to understand the needs of the market, drive voice of the customer, define the customer base and create messaging and narratives that deliver success.

The role will drive marketing for dental schools across our Academic suite of products, developing strategy documents to guide program marketing, positioning, launch plans and competitive briefs.

The role will also partner with your colleagues in Canada and Globally to effectively enable sales and ensure customers are paired with appropriate solutions to best meet their needs.


Responsibilities

  • Craft, initiate and lead gotomarket strategy for the Academic market
  • Align internal and external messaging, creating needed sales materials, and laying out an achievable customer experience across all gotomarket teams (sales, marketing, product, customers success, etc.)
  • Create messaging and positioning that aligns with relevant personas and market need/fit
  • Create problem statements, value propositions and clear feature/benefit statements
  • Work closely with several product managers to determine the best way to position our products in relation to the HS1 portfolio, our major competitors, and customers' needs
  • Understand and communicate external market forces that may drive customer perception and/or needs; own voice of the customer for the Academic market
  • Drive continuous understanding of the customer base to understand product fit, adoption, etc., and share insights with gotomarket and product teams
  • Develop strategies for awareness, demand generation and customer retention and advocacy
  • Develop release plans to ensure proper market alignment and the successful introduction of new products and services into the market
  • Drive strategy and execution for digital and content marketing
  • Lead management of baseline marketing performance metrics and setting marketing campaign goals
  • Manage event strategy
  • Partner with Henry Schein Inc. and other channels to drive awareness and education

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Creative, outofthebox marketing thinker with a foundation in technology (software) and experience in the healthcare and/or dental industry
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework aligned with product marketing management
  • Ability to effectively drive influence and action from crossfunctional team members who do not directly report to you
  • Knowledge of product marketing tools, including launch plans, messaging maps, positioning documents, MRDs and competitive briefs
  • Speaking presence and ability to persuade others
  • Ability to initiate, perform and analyze market research projects
  • Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company and externally
  • Ability to resolve complex issues in effective ways
  • This is a hybrid (#LI-HYBRID) role, with two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building
