Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of the park's daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Ensure the park provides a safe and clean environment for all guests
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve park operations
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and management
  • Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
