Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the park's daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure the park provides a safe and clean environment for all guests
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve park operations
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and management
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
