Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the park's daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory management
Ensure the park provides a safe and clean environment for all guests
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve park operations
Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and management
Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvements
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
