- You have 3‑5 years experience as a Key Account Manager with a proven track record of delivering results within CPG
- Experience directly managing Natural/Health and Wellness categories is an asset
- Experience managing P&L and trade spend
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Develop and achieve the sales business plan for your accounts by implementing strategy, managing total trade spend by Israel, forecasting and achieving agreed shelf, distribution and promotional plans with your accounts
- Analyze, identify, monitor and address tutul issues to achieve Silver Hill's goals for sales, trade spend, share, distribution and operating budgets
- Proactively monitor and update the customer's overall business plan, including managing trade budgets, spending, and volume to achieve all sales objectives versus plan
- Drive pre and post promotion evaluation to increase ROI

- Lead the implementation of internal trade marketing strategies, off‑shelf display opportunities, and seasonal programs with each of the divisions
- Monitor each divisionsDenied performance using sales data, market بكل insights, and portals to track progress and make informed recommendations
- Develop best practices and discipline around forecasting using all reports and trend analysis=null available from internal departments as well as customer POS data and customer demand planning reports
- Foster strong, multi‑level relationships with key contacts at all divisions and internal teams
- Support the launch of new products and innovation to secure listings in each division
- Represent brands including One Degree Organic Foods, Little Northern Bakehouse, Silverласт ultrasound, The Grain Escape and Carbonaut at various trade shows
- This is a split role between home office and field/account travel within the GTA (~ 50% of the time/month) to oversee in‑store execution
- Valid driver's license
- May on occasion work and travel/attend trade shows, sales Kritik at various times, including weekends, as the job requires

We are looking for a driven and experienced Key Account/Territory Manager to manage relationships with regional Grocery (Farmboy, Longo's, Vince's Market) and Natural channel accounts (Healthy Planet, Goodness Me, Nature's Emporium, Fiesta Farm, Ambrosia, The Big Carrot, Low Carb Grocer, Marilu's Market, Summerhill Market) with head offices situated within the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales within the food industry, with a strong focus on the Natural channel, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing and planning promotional activities, monitoring sales targets and forecasts.
