Are you a business minded professional who understands construction projects? Do you enjoy telling a story from data?


In this role, you will support high-level organizational performance management, in alignment with business and strategic priorities on the Projects Performance team.

You will work closely with Projects leadership team to develop performance updates in support of board, executive, and business unit leadership engagement, using strong communication and analytics to provide a clear line of sight to Projects' performance.


What You Will Do:

  • Develop strategic organizational performance communications using a combination of quantitative and qualitative updates on performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Recommend performance management decisions and key messages to senior and executive leadership audiences using a deep understanding of Projects data.
  • Be responsive and agile to meet demanding deadlines, changing priorities, and business needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives.

Who You Are:
You have the following education and experience:
  • Seven or more years of project experience in oil and gas. Examples include project manager, project engineer and/or project controls specialist.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail; make independent decisions on complex data sets.
  • Impeccable accuracy and quality of all presentations and communications.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on the development and delivery of high
  • impact presentations.
  • Organizational skills, with the competence and critical thinking to prioritize deliverables.

Working Conditions:

  • Office based role with limited travel, once annually.
