We are a large, multi-provider practice looking for a part-time dental receptionist. Both days can be very busy and fast paced. But Sundays could also be very laid back. It just depends which specialists we have in on a particular day. We are looking for someone who is confident and quick on their feet.We don't expect you to know everything but you'll need to be able to confidently inform the patient "I don't know but let me find out for you.
"
Preference will be given to those who speak an additional language as we have a very diverse group of patients.
The main languages - other than English - spoken by many of our patients include Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Arabic, Czech, and Punjadi.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to...)HOURS
Preferred:
Saturdays 9:00-5:30 w/ 30 minute break
Required:
Sundays 9:00-5:00 w/ 30 minute break
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Experience and/or graduation from dental reception course required. New grads welcome
REMUNERATION
$20-$25 per hour - based on experience
