- Operation and maintenance of a 1st Class powerhouse including ammonia and refrigeration systems
- Provide support and direction to tradespeople in maintaining boiler, refrigeration, and water treatment services
- Supervision of contracted services within the factory
- Support Continuous Improvement ideas and troubleshoot on shift
- Administrative responsibilities such as budget control, task scheduling, and reporting
- Oversee overall departmental operation
- Support factory teams in development areas
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Coach and mentor plant associates on change management
- Prepare shift schedules and oversee associate training
- Coordinate projects and lead process improvement initiatives
- Identify training opportunities for the Maintenance Department
- Submit required reports in a timely manner
- Perform additional assigned duties
- Experience in managing performance and work quality

- Qualification Requirements:
- 1st Class Power Engineers Certificate
- 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience
