Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of products
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management and team supervision
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and payroll management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
