Major Duties:


Responsible for promoting ATS automation solutions with a unique value proposition, selling the company's manufacturing solutions, positioning ATS as the leading and premier automation, integration and manufacturing company, helping to achieve positive recognition and growth within our industry, developing new opportunities in assigned regions or selected market sectors and meeting quarterly and annual bookings targets.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Develops and executes account and customer strategies considering specific needs and objectives that drive growth opportunities revenue in line with longlasting sustainable growth expectations.
  • Manages large, highprofile customer accounts / key accounts, while establishing strong relationships building with decision makers across the entire organization positioning ATS Industrial Automation as strategic partner to drive profitable sales with a focus on repeat business and ensuring project/program success.
  • Ensures sustainable bookings and margin growth, landing new customers and expanding existing customers which range from $10 to $500 M in annular revenue.
  • Establishes successful and collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and team members to develop the best solution for a customer. Employs functional and leadership skills to effectively coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure successful account execution
  • Runs regular market assessments and employs trend analytics to develop robust strategies in a fast, transformative environment (market trends, new business models & opportunities).
  • Establishes and proactively engages strategic partnership networks within industry to learn latest market trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • A degree in engineering, business or another related field.
  • MBA or another graduate degree is preferred.

Experience:


  • Combined 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or key account capacity, ideally in automotive, automation or machine builder industry, managing projects/programs that are mission critical for a customer, complex technical projects/programs
  • Experienced in formal / informal team leadership in a longterm project environment; proven ability to influence different stakeholders and drive structured team approach & success
  • Demonstrated experiencing in rapidly scaling a business managing and driving profitable growth that outpaces the market.
  • Demonstrated ability drive and manage change internally and within the customer environment. Ideally has been involved in building a new market.
  • Proven success in establishing strong Clevel customer relationships.
  • Track record in supporting organizational transformations in a fastgrowing market, overcoming barriers to entry, creating common purpose, and leading towards an aligned objective.
