- Operate necessary equipment to bale and load waste or other materials into trailers
- Steer, guide, and drive equipment using steering wheel, shifters, levers, buttons, and pedals
- Communicate effectively with co-workers regarding work activities and priorities

- Hold a Class 3 license
- Ability to obtain Transfer Station/Landfill Operations Certification if required
- Follow instructions and work with little supervision

- Perform basic math functions and interpret equipment gauges

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating and/or having the capability to operate various equipment such as excavators, front loaders, bulldozers, or other heavy equipment to bale, load, and move waste materials.
