The Company
Frankie's Italian Kitchen & Bar offers traditional, simple and fresh Italian food with the flavours of southern Italy as well as newly inspired Italian dishes from a scratch kitchen in a contemporary but classic setting.
Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef in the overall food preparation including;
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within brand guidelines
- Preparation of all raw ingredients
- Line setting
- Execute decisions regarding food quality
- Food preparation and maintenance of quality standards
- Maintain, uphold and teach F&B sanitation and food safety handling
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 510 years progressive kitchen/cooking experience
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills necessary
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
