About the Role
Provides comprehensive services to students, faculty, staff and external client of the audio-visual and computing equipment and facilities.
Provides help to users in person or over the phone for problems related to computer services, audio visual services, video conferencing and commonly used software.
The work includes evenings and weekend shifts and the incumbent may be called upon on short notice to cover vacant shifts.
Performs other duties and responsibilities consistent with the job description and classification on request.Full
