We Are Looking For:

An individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys compiling, organizing and structuring information—somebody with an affinity for numbers and a passion for accuracy.

Your Role At A Glance:

Your primary duties will be to assist in the day-to-day general bookkeeping and data entry process by preparing payments and monthly electronic funds transfers, entering invoices, reconciling trust accounts, credit cards and monthly billings.

We will provide comprehensive training to facilitate your transition into your new role and ensure you understand our industry regulations and procedures correctly.

Additionally, you will assist with various aspects of the monthly and yearly audit processes.
