Exceptional with computer skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Experienced at working with organizations in the broader public and notforprofit sectors.
Highly organized and a selfstarter who is able to work independently while also being an active team member.

This position is a full-time Human Resources Consultant / Associate.

In this role you will:

Assist Senor Associates with client work such as:
Develop job descriptions.
Review Human Resources and Health and Safety policies.
Develop compensation market surveys and complete data analysis in Excel.
Assist with the recruitment process.
Participate on a project team in areas such as compensation reviews, organizational reviews, policy development, performance management development, etc.
Conduct research on HR leading practices.
Assist with business development and proposal writing.
Provide administrative assistance and other support to Senior Associates.
