Job Summary
GardaWorld is seeking a Screening Contractor Training Representative (SCTR) who will deliver training following company guidelines.As an SCTR you'll be responsible for delivering on-the-job training OJT refresher courses practical exams and other security and customer service training,
monitors tests and assessments of screening employees including supervising practical skills development sessions,
implements training for new employees supports the new hire orientation program provides checkpoint oversight support provides recommendations on certification maintenance
,coaches corrects overall feedback to Screening Officers demonstrates a positive partnership with our client to support training programs
