Role Summary
This full-time permanent position is an opportunity to join a small but fast-paced office located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.
Key Accountabilities
- Answering phone calls and liaising with owners, tenants, and vendors
- Arrange meetings, prepare, and mail out materials (i.e., annual general meetings and special general meeting packages)
- Attend meetings (mix of virtual and inperson), take minutes, and manage followup
- Maintain and update property files
- Assist with general administrative duties
- After hours "on call" in rotation with the team
Education & Experience
- Grade 1
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or administrative experience is an asset
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service attitude
- Strong organization skills
- Strong time management
- Competent computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel

$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
