    We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and proactive Coordinator to join our team.

    • Assist consultants in administering benefits plans for multiple clients.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Create client deliverables, including reports, briefs, financial summaries and renewal memos.

    2. Build professional presentations for client meetings, proposals and marketing initiatives.

    3. Prepare billing summaries, data analysis and comparative reports using Excel.

    4. Provide administrative support for consultants including scheduling correspondence file management RFP process documentation formatting submissions coordination carrier responses ad hoc projects internal initiatives compliance documentation onboarding research tasks routine confidential communications with clients professionalism discretion day-to-day processes ensure consistency in client service delivery collaborate streamline workflows maintain standards eligibility rules qualifications skills business insurance office administration related field 2 years experience group benefits employee benefits financial services preferred advanced Microsoft Excel PowerPoint comfortable working financial data insurance documents carrier reports excellent verbal written communication strong proofreading formatting abilities high level of professionalism adaptability resourcefulness perform duties independently effectively seniority entry-level employment full-time job function administrative analyst industries insurance agencies brokerages
