Job Details
- This is a position that specializes in providing financial solutions to Canada's dynamic agriculture and agribusiness sector. Daily, you will keep on top of competitive developments, environmental market trends, essential economic conditions, and regulations or policy issues governing the agriculture community.
- You will develop relationship management skills by assisting clients with their business plans and offering customized financial solutions that meet the needs of their individual operations.
Job Requirements
Agriculture Services is seeking individuals interested in developing a career within the agricultural business. In this unique position as Associate Agriculture Services, you will partner with an experienced and knowledgeable Account Manager.
- You will be provided with a coach and guidance as you take part in an intensive training and development program.
- You are working towards an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences/Agriculture business or in another discipline that's combined with experience or knowledge of the agriculture business.
- You demonstrate interest and ability in selling to and negotiating with agricultural clients.
- You are also a motivated achiever with good analytical skills and very strong interpersonal skills and can work well independently in addition to being a strong team player.
- You're a wellrounded person who works well independently and as part of a team.
- You have a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.
Additional Information
- Your first 68 months will include onsite coaching in one of our commercial units, as well as a structured training program before moving up to become an Account Manager or Credit Analyst on a team with a Relationship Manager. Your future career path in TD Agriculture Banking can include a variety of challenging roles in sales, relationship management, and risk management. Positions are available across Canada for the Commercial Associate program.
