Job Location:Vancouver BCThe Marketing Coordinator
will be responsible for all marketing-related activities that promotes brand awareness, reputation, and provides a steady flow of sales inquiries.
Detailed responsibilities and duties include:
- Develop and execute on strategic marketing initiatives and activities that will strengthen the company's brand.
- Implement marketing plans that include print, media, and online content.
- Identify and prioritize marketing objectives, including managing effective marketing events.
- Direct the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral in coordination with the ad agency, technical and sales teams.
- Conducts research and compiles information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, proposals, and presentations.
- Represent the company to clients, business associates and industryrelated organizations.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field is required
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing position within the construction industry
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decisionmaking skills
- Strong knowledge in major Social Media platforms and content creation
- High level of interpersonal skills and willingness to be a collaborative team member
