    For an intermediate architect, we offer unique opportunities to develop skills in client relationships, team management, and construction contract administration.

    Team members are involved in all project phases, focusing on design development through production of drawings, construction administration, site review and project close-out.

    Lead the development and production of architectural designs, drawings and specifications for various projects
    Assist Design Manager in all project phases
    Preparation of presentation materials using 3D software
    Research materials, technical details through library and manufacturers
    Manage project timelines and budgets
    Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

    A combination of talent and technical skills in design projects
    At least 5 years of experience within an architectural firm (Experience in education or other institutional projects is an asset)
    Building Science/Architectural Technology diploma (min. Excellent knowledge of the BC Building Code
    Manage a variety of complex projects and deadlines
    Expert with REVIT
    LEED accreditation is an asset
